Refund and cancellation

ArtzForMe.com wishes that you love the product that you buy. But in case of concern about the product, please note the following.

Refunds:

  • ArtzForMe will not accept any returns of the painting /sculpture (product) once it is sold unless the product received by the buyer was damaged or a wrong one.
  • The damaged product /wrong product delivered must be reported to ArtzForMe within 48 hours of receipt by the buyer.
  • The buyer must send the photos of damaged /wrong product received for verification by ArtzForMe.
  • The returned product must not have been used.
  • Repack the product in its original packaging
  • ArtzForMe takes utmost care that the original product closely resembles to the image on the website. It should also be noted that the painting / sculpture are original hand made by artist/artisan and hence there can be minor variations. Up to 5 percent size and finishing variation cannot be a reason for claiming return/exchange or refund.
  • ArtzForMe will process exchange/refund only in case of visible damage in the product or the product delivered is entirely different from what was ordered.
  • Once ArtzForMe receives the product, checked the product, and agree that it was wrong, refund for the full amount including the cost of delivery will be processed within 7 working days.  
  • All refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund for customized product that is already made will not be accepted whether it is delivered in India or outside.
  • Refund for products that are already shipped but delayed in transit will not be accepted
  • Refund for paintings that are framed will not be accepted.
  • Products delivered outside India will not be accepted for refund due to customs and shipping complications involved in return of such items. To avoid such situations, ArtzForMe will send images for approval to ensure that the product meets the requirement. Buyers can request a refund at this stage if the painting does not match expectations. After getting confirmation the products are shipped. However, this will not apply for customized products.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation, if any, must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation will not be possible if the product has already been shipped.
