Sittting Narayana

This intricately crafted sculpture of Lord Narayana, an embodiment of Vishnu, signifies the ultimate protector of universe, revered across various texts and traditions in Hinduism. Made of limestone, the deity in sitting position is adorned with ornate jewellery, a detailed headdress, and a serene expression. The deity is seated gracefully on a lotus pedestal, with four arms holding symbolic objects such as lotuses, conch shells, or other divine attributes, emphasizing spiritual significance.
The sculpture is framed by an elaborate arch filled with intricate carvings of leaves, floral patterns, and celestial motifs, demonstrating the high level of craftsmanship. Smaller deities or attendants are positioned on either side of the central figure, further enriching its spiritual narrative. The base features additional decorative elements, including animals and traditional motifs, enhancing the visual complexity. This artwork reflects the cultural richness and devotion embodied in Indian temple art, merging sacred symbolism with exquisite artistry.

•  Use a soft cloth or a brush with soft bristles to remove dust and particles from the surface. Dust regularly.
•  You can wash it with lukewarm water with mild soap/detergent
•  Avoid using any acidic cleaners such as vinegar, lemon, or harsh chemical solutions to prevent any erosions of the surface
•  Avoid heavy impact to prevent chip, cracking or breaking
